AI follow-up built for owner‑operators in the Midwest

Every missed call is money left on the table.

Midwest Service Revenue Engine™ answers, follows up, and books jobs for your HVAC or plumbing shop automatically — so you stop losing work while you’re up on a ladder or under a house.

No pressure. 15 minutes. See exactly how many jobs you’re leaving behind.

Right now, jobs are slipping through the cracks.

When the phone rings during a job, you can’t always grab it. We capture that lead, text them back in seconds, and keep talking until they’re on your schedule.

34% avg. more booked jobs from the same leads
<60 sec typical first response time, 24/7 coverage

The problem

Your phone rings. You’re on a job. That lead is gone.

For a 2–5 truck shop, a couple of missed calls a day adds up fast. Here’s where money leaks out:

Missed calls, missed jobs

Phone rings while you’re in a crawlspace or with a customer. It goes to voicemail. They call the next shop on Google and you never even know.

Slow follow-up kills hot leads

You get back to texts and web leads at night — if you remember. By then, they’ve booked someone else or gone cold.

Competitors answer faster

The bigger guys have office staff and call centers. You’ve got a truck and your phone. It’s not a fair fight — yet.

The fix

We turn every missed call and slow reply into booked revenue.

Midwest Service Revenue Engine™ runs in the background, 24/7, keeping you in front of the customer without adding another person to payroll.

  • Missed call? We text back in under a minute, introduce your company, and keep the conversation moving until they’re scheduled.
  • New web lead? We follow up automatically with texts and emails, answer common questions, and nudge them to book.
  • Old estimates and dead leads? We re-engage them on autopilot with simple check-in messages that pull extra jobs out of your existing list.

How it works

Set it up once. It works every day.

No tech headaches. We do the heavy lifting and keep it tuned so you can stay on the tools.

1. Quick setup call

In about 45 minutes, we learn your services, service area, and how you like to book jobs. We handle the tech behind the scenes.

2. We wire in your leads

Calls, texts, and web form leads all flow into one system. When you miss a call or a new lead hits, it fires instantly.

3. You get more booked jobs

You see texts, bookings, and revenue show up while you’re working. We review results with you and keep dialing it in.

Results from shops like yours

More booked jobs without hiring a receptionist.

Owner‑operated HVAC and plumbing companies in Iowa and the Midwest use Midwest Service Revenue Engine™ to squeeze more revenue from the same calls and clicks.

32% more booked jobs

Average lift in booked jobs from the same lead flow after 60–90 days on our system.

78%+ calls answered or recovered

Between live answers and instant text follow-up, most callers get a fast response instead of hitting voicemail.

5–15 extra jobs / month

Typical range for a 2–5 truck shop just by plugging leaks from missed calls and slow follow-up.

Simple pricing for working shops

One setup fee. One plan. Built for 2–5 truck teams.

Every plan includes a one‑time $1,500 setup where we build everything for you and get it live.

Questions

Straight answers before you climb back in the attic.

If you want to talk through your exact numbers, we can cover that on the demo.

This sounds expensive. How do I know it’ll pay for itself?

Fair question. We built Midwest Service Revenue Engine™ for the kind of shop that notices when two or three jobs fall through each week. On a typical ticket, just 2–3 extra jobs per month can more than cover your monthly fee. Most clients see more than that once missed calls, slow replies, and old estimates are all followed up automatically. On your demo, we’ll run your numbers with you — average ticket, close rate, call volume — and show you what it could look like before you spend a dollar.

What actually happens when a call or lead comes in?

When you miss a call or a new lead hits your site, our system captures it and fires off a fast, professional text and/or email as if it came directly from your business. It introduces your company, asks a simple question to keep the conversation going, and guides them to book a job or estimate. You and your team can jump into the conversation at any time, and you’ll see everything in one place. We set this all up for you during onboarding so it matches how you like to run your jobs.

We’re a small 2–3 truck outfit. Is this overkill for us?

Honestly, this is who we built it for. When you don’t have an office person answering phones, every missed call hits harder. You’re the owner, dispatcher, and lead tech in one. Midwest Service Revenue Engine™ gives you the follow-up power the bigger guys have without putting another salary on the books. We keep it simple, handle the tech, and stay focused on one thing: turn more of your calls and clicks into jobs on the schedule.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 5, 2026

Midwest Service Revenue Engine™ ("we," "us," or "our") respects your time, your data, and your customers. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — especially around text messaging (SMS). By using our website, booking a demo, or working with us, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you give us directly, (b) information from your use of our services, and (c) information from your customers that you choose to send through our system.

  • Contact details: Your name, company name, email, phone number, and role when you submit a form, book a demo, or become a client.
  • Business information: Service area, services you offer, pricing ranges, and scheduling preferences you share so we can configure your automations.
  • Usage data: How you use our tools, such as login timestamps, features used, and basic device and browser information.
  • Customer lead data: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and message content that you or your systems send into our platform so we can help you follow up and book jobs.

2. SMS and text messaging consent

We use SMS and text messages in two ways: (a) non‑marketing operational messages and (b) marketing and promotional messages. You control what you opt into.

  • Non‑marketing messages: These are purely operational — for example, confirmations about your demo, account notifications, or messages needed to deliver our service. You can consent to these using the first checkbox on our forms.
  • Marketing messages: These are optional promotional or educational messages about new features, offers, or content. You must give separate, explicit consent using the second checkbox on our forms.
  • Your choices: You can withdraw consent for either type of SMS at any time by replying STOP to a message. You can text HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
  • No sharing of SMS consent: We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS consent or your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. SMS consent is used only to send messages from Midwest Service Revenue Engine™ related to our services.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide and improve our services, including call and lead follow‑up automations.
  • To set up and manage your account, billing, and support requests.
  • To send operational communications, including service notices, alerts, and updates.
  • To send marketing communications only where you have given proper consent.
  • To analyze performance so we can help you book more jobs and see what’s working.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Sharing and third parties

We only share your information when it is necessary to run the service, meet the law, or protect our rights. We do not sell your data or your customers’ data. We do not share SMS consent with outside companies for their marketing.

  • Service providers: We may use trusted vendors to help us deliver our services (for example, infrastructure, security, or communications). They are only allowed to use your data to perform work for us and must protect it.
  • Legal reasons: We may disclose information if we believe it is required to comply with laws, regulations, legal processes, or government requests, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
  • Business transfers: If we ever merge, sell, or restructure the business, your data may transfer as part of that deal. We will still protect it and honor any privacy promises made here.

5. Data security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, including using encryption and access controls where appropriate. No system is perfect, but we treat your data like it matters — because it does.

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the services, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you close your account, we may keep limited records for bookkeeping, legal, or security reasons.

6. Your rights and choices

  • You can update your contact and account information by reaching out to us or using your account settings (where available).
  • You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails.
  • You can withdraw consent to marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP to a message, and you can text HELP for more information.
  • You can contact us to ask about the data we hold about you, and where applicable, request correction or deletion, subject to legal limits.

7. Children’s privacy

Our services are designed for businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as laws change or our services evolve. When we do, we will update the effective date above. If the changes are significant, we may provide additional notice (for example, in-app or by email).

9. How to contact us

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including the sending of messages without proper consent.
